We offer two main formats: interactive city tours that take you around Madrid's streets through challenges and games, and team-building sessions held at a single location. Both formats are fully personalized for your group, and we also design special experiences for celebrations like birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and corporate events.

Standard tours follow a fixed script and route. Ours are interactive — your group participates actively through challenges, treasure hunts, quizzes, and puzzles. You're not an audience; you're the protagonist. Every experience is designed specifically for your group's energy, age, and interests.

City tours typically run 2–4 hours depending on the route and group pace. Team-building sessions usually last 2–5 hours. For special celebrations, duration is fully flexible. We always discuss and agree on timing during the booking process.

All ages! We design experiences appropriate for the people in your group. If you have young children, we make it fun and accessible. If you're a corporate team, we pitch the challenge level accordingly. Just tell us who's coming and we'll adapt.

We work with fixed group pricing — one price for the whole experience, agreed before your adventure begins. There are no per-person charges or hidden fees. The exact price depends on the type of experience, duration, and any special requirements. Contact us for a custom quote.

We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to give us time to design your personalized experience. For larger groups or special occasions (weddings, corporate events), 2–3 weeks notice is ideal. That said, if you're in Madrid and want something sooner — reach out! We'll do our best.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. If we need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances (including severe weather), you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Full details are in our Terms of Use.

Yes! For corporate bookings, we can issue a proper invoice. Please let us know during the booking process and provide your company's billing details.

Just yourselves and a good attitude! Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for city tours. We'll provide all materials, props, and everything needed for the activities. If the forecast includes rain, a light jacket is wise — but we rarely let weather stop us.

Light rain? We usually carry on — it adds character! In the case of heavy or sustained rain, we'll work together to reschedule or adapt the experience. We'll always communicate proactively if weather could be a factor.

We lead experiences in English and Dutch. Please let us know your preference when booking. For groups with mixed language needs, we can often accommodate — just ask!

Absolutely — we encourage it! Many of our experiences have photo-worthy moments built in. We just ask that you stay present and engaged with the group during the activities themselves. The best memories are the ones you live, not just photograph.

City tours work well for groups of 4–30 people. Team building sessions can accommodate groups from 5 up to 50+. For larger events, please get in touch to discuss logistics and pricing.

Yes — please let us know in advance and we'll design the route or activities accordingly. Madrid's city centre has some challenging terrain, but we know the accessible routes and can plan around your group's specific needs.
